Most sessions take around 45–60 minutes, which gives us plenty of time to warm up, settle into the process and try a variety of angles, expressions and lighting setups. The first few minutes are usually spent chatting, adjusting posture and finding what feels natural. If you’d like multiple outfits or different styles, we can extend the session or schedule a longer business photoshoot to give you extra variety.

Yes. On-site team sessions are very popular, and they help keep the process smooth and comfortable for staff. I bring a full portable studio setup with professional lighting, backgrounds and everything needed for consistent results. Whether you have a small team or a whole department, we’ll plan the layout, spacing and schedule so the shoot fits easily into your workday without disruption.

The best outfits are usually simple, well-fitted and reflective of your role or industry. Solid colours, light layers and clean textures tend to photograph very well. Before your session, I’ll help you choose colours and styles that complement your skin tone and suit the overall look you want - whether that’s friendly and approachable or more polished and corporate. Feel free to bring a couple of options so we can switch things up if needed.

Absolutely, you don’t need any camera experience at all. Most people start out unsure of how to stand or what to do with their hands, which is completely normal. I guide you gently through posture, angles, subtle movements and expression so everything feels relaxed and genuine. By easing into it together, we’ll find the moments that look like the real you - confident, natural and comfortable.

Yes, all images include natural, professional retouching as part of the final edit. This includes refining light, colour and tone, and gently tidying temporary details like stray hairs or small blemishes. The goal isn’t to change your features but to enhance what’s already there so you look polished without losing authenticity. You’ll still look like yourself, just your best version on a good day.

You’ll receive your final images within 3–5 days, often sooner. Each image goes through careful editing and post-production, but I know how important quick delivery can be, especially for business or branding purposes. If you have a tight deadline such as a new job, speaking engagement, website launch or press feature, just let me know and I’ll do my best to work within your timeframe.
