THE PROJECT
01
THE BRIEF
Intec Microsystems needed a consistent set of professional headshots for more than 50 employees, photographed at their Birmingham workplace without unnecessarily disrupting the working day. The images needed to feel polished and approachable while creating a cohesive visual identity across the wider team.
02
THE APPROACH
I created a mobile studio setup on-site and established a consistent lighting, framing and background style for every person. Clear direction and a relaxed approach helped employees feel comfortable in front of the camera, while an organised schedule kept the session efficient throughout the day.

THE RESULT
One team. One consistent visual identity.
More than 50 employees received professionally edited headshots with a unified look and feel. The final gallery gave Intec Microsystems a versatile collection of images suitable for company communications, staff profiles, LinkedIn and future marketing materials—all created conveniently at their workplace.
