THE BRIEF
Centre for the New Midlands commissioned CN Photography to document its annual Reimagining the Region Winter Reception in the historic Churchill Room at the Palace of Westminster.
The invitation-only evening brought together more than 90 delegates representing 65 organisations, including policymakers, business leaders and members of the Reimagining the Region network. The brief was to capture the speakers, guests, important interactions, sponsor visibility and distinctive Westminster setting while preserving the natural flow of the reception.

THE APPROACH
Working discreetly within a formal and fast-moving environment, I combined wide establishing photographs of the room with clear speaker coverage, audience reactions and natural conversations between guests.
Particular attention was given to the architectural character of the venue, branded details and the connections taking place throughout the evening, creating a balanced visual story without interrupting the experience.
